Copy of THE BEATTLES 'PLEASE PLEASE ME ' on Vee Jay # VJ498. Offered is
a very rare 45rpm record. In fact it's considered the first Beatles 45
issued in the USA. It was pressed by Vee Jay Records in February
1963. Side 1 has PLEASE PLEASE ME and Side 2 has ASK ME WHY.
The 45 disn't sell well even though The Beatles were becoming huge in England.
Even Vee Jay spelled their name wrong, BEATTLES, so today this 45 has become
somewhat of a legend and a highly sought after record! This white label DJ
promo 45 has clean labels and VG vinyl. Overall graded a strong Very Good condition. Comes

1963. Side 1 has FROM ME TO YOU and Side 2 has THANK YOU GIRL.
The 45 disn't sell well even though The Beatles were becoming more and more
famous as the months went by in England. It wasn't until January 1964 when
The Beatles came to America and were seen on the Ed Sullivan show by 55 million
viewers! Then BEATLEMANIA broke out in America and worldwide! ! This white label DJ
promo 45 has clean labels and VG to VG+ vinyl. Comes

on Swan # S-4152-S. Offered is
another very rare 45rpm record. In fact it's the third Beatles 45
issued in the USA. It was pressed by Swan Records in September
1963. Side 1 has SHE LOVES YOU and Side 2 has I'LL GET YOU.
The 45 disn't sell well even though The Beatles were becoming more and more
famous as the months went by in England. But it was this 3rd single
that DJ's all across the USA started playing and getting more and more requests
from the fans! But it wasn't until January 1964 when
The Beatles came to America and were seen on the Ed Sullivan show by 55 million
viewers that BEATLEMANIA broke out in America and then worldwide! This white label
red print 45 has very clean labels and VG+ vinyl. Rare to find this
