56. THE BEATLES SGT. PEPPERS LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND - CAPITOL RECORDS # SMAS-2653 RARE W9 STAMPER!

Offered is The BEATLES Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band album which was initially released on June 2, 1967 in America.  This version is the black rainbow subsidiary version that was issued from 1968 thru 1969.  What makes this particular record valuable is that the song GOOD MORNING GOOD MORNING has one channel almost totally missing!   It begins after about 5 seconds into the song, the right channel simply is gone and it lasts until the end of the song.  It's only found on W9 stamper records.  The album includes the Sgt Pepper cutout.  Tested and confirmed.  Very rare.  Jacket= VG++  Vinyl= VG+++

Offered is The BEATLES Magical Mystery Tour album which was released in December of 1967.  Black rainbow label without subsidiary print.  Stereo East Coast Copy.  First Issue Scranton.   Includes 24 page booklet.  Includes original plain white Inner Sleeve.    Jacket =  NM      Vinyl = VG+++ to NM-

Offered is The BEATLES Magical Mystery Tour album which was released in December of 1967.  Black rainbow label without subsidiary print.  Mono Jacksonville Copy.   Includes 24 page booklet.  Includes original plain white Inner Sleeve.    Jacket =  NM-      Vinyl = NM-

     

59.   THE BEATLES WHITE ALBUM - APPLE RECORDS # SWBO-101, Los Angeles Pressing # A2856990 in Original Shrinkwrap w/Hype Sticker.

Offered is The BEATLES white album which was released in November of 1968.  This is from the Los Angeles factory.   The jacket is still in the original shrinkwrap which is 100% complete.   The shrinkwrap has split across the top seam thus can be easily removed.  The jacket appears very white and brand new under the shrinkwrap;  it has 2 no-harm staple holes in the upper left corner on the cover which is how the factory attached price stickers for some distributors.  There are no seam splits and the spine is nice.  The shrinkwrap has an original, very rare Hype Sticker attached to it's front side center.   This Hype Sticker is approx 4" by 5" with black print on a white background and it lists all the song titles on the album.  

Side 1 was made with the B35 stamper and is in NM condition.   Side 2 was made using the B37 stamper and is in NM condition.   Side 3 was made using the A34 stamper and is in NM- condition.  Side 4 was made using the B37 stamper and is in NM condition.  Side 4 also contains 3 Song Title Errors: Revolution No. 1 instead of Revoultion 1;  Revolution No. 9 instead of Revolution 9 and Goodnight instead of Good Night.    The original poster is included and is in NM condition.  The 4 Beatles photos are included in NM condition plus a pink separator page is included with the photos.  The 2 original plain white inner sleeves are included but the disks will be shipped in high quality, anti-static inner sleeves.  Jacket =  NM- in Shrinkwrap     Vinyl = NM / NM / NM- / NM    Poster = NM   4 Photos = NM   2 Inner sleeves = EX

     

     

60.   THE BEATLES WHITE ALBUM - APPLE RECORDS # SWBO-101, Los Angeles Pressing # 0100019 w/All 7 Song Title Errors.

Offered is The BEATLES white album which was released in November of 1968.  This is from the Los Angeles factory.   The jacket is in Excellent condition with a fairly low number stamp.  There are no seam splits and the jacket is quite clean.  The original poster and 4 color photos are in Near Mint condition and included.   Side 1 was made with the B37 stamper and is in VG+ condition.   Side 2 was made using the B37 stamper and is in VG+ condition.   Side 3 was made using the B37 stamper and is in VG+ condition.  Side 4 was made using the A34 stamper and is in VG+ condition.   Both records have the first issue labels which exhibit the 7 Song Title Errors!

61.   THE BEATLES WHITE ALBUM - APPLE RECORDS # SWBO-101 Jacksonville RARE COMPRESSED VERSION w/'A11' Stampers

Offered is The BEATLES white album which was released in November of 1968.  This is from the Jacksonville IL factory.   Disk 2 was mfg using the A11 stampers for both sides!   These were supposedly destroyed before pressing the LP began.   George Harrison himself had to remove the compression that Capitol's engineers added to all the songs on the Beatles white album.  Some of the compressed stampers ended up being used by the LA Capitol Factory (A1 stampers), the Scranton Capitol Factory(A28, B28, B29 stampers) and the Jacksonville Capitol Factory (A9, A11, B10, B15 stampers).  There's no way of telling if a compressed white album disk was included in your white album except for looking in the deadwax for yourself.   Many times, only 1 of the 2 records inside the LP were the compressed version.   In any case, they are very rare to find.   This album only had disk2 made from the compressed version.  Disk1 was made using a normal stamper.    Jacket = VG-     Disk1 Vinyl =  VG     Disk2 Vinyl = VG

     

62.  THE BEATLES YELLOW SUBMARINE - APPLE RECORDS # SW-153 in SHRINKWRAP.

Offered is The BEATLES Yellow Submarine album which was released in January of 1969.  This is a first issue Los Angeles factory pressing.  Includes the original plain white inner sleeve.    Jacket =  NM in SW     Vinyl = NM

   

63.   THE BEATLES ABBEY ROAD - APPLE RECORDS # SO-383

Offered is The BEATLES Abbey Road album which was released in September of 1969.  This is a first issue Scranton factory pressing.  First Issues do not list the song "Her Majesty" on the jacket nor on the record label.  This jacket was assembled using 'slicks' instead of the new posterboard material.   Includes the original plain white inner sleeve.    Jacket =  VG+   Vinyl = NM

   

64.   THE BEATLES ABBEY ROAD - APPLE RECORDS # SO-383 Capitol Logo with 'Her Majesty' in SHRINKWRAP.

Offered is The BEATLES Abbey Road album which was released in September of 1969.  This is a first edition,  second pressing.  Second pressings list the song "Her Majesty" on the jacket and the record label. This album was the first Beatles album to use posterboard in place of using 'LP slicks' construction.  This pressing has the Capitol Subsidiary Logo info on the sliced apple side.  Includes the original plain white inner sleeve.    Jacket =  NM- in SW     Vinyl = NM-

   

66.   THE BEATLES LET IT BE - APPLE RECORDS # AR-34001 in SHRINKWRAP.

Offered is The BEATLES Let It Be album which was released in May of 1970.  This is the second issue which lists the credits of the song Maggie Mae as "P.D. arr. LENNON, MCCARTNEY, HARRISON, STARKEY" .   Nice and tight complete shrinkwrap.  Includes the original plain white inner sleeve.    Jacket =  NM in SW     Vinyl = Mint Copy!
